BIO:
Michał Pełczyński — attorney-at-law (Kraków Bar Association, since 2004).
Remote practice since 2006, with extensive international experience.
Education & credentials include: School of American Law (Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America), Cyberscience postgraduate studies, Certificate in New Technology Law (Beck Academy). Recipient of DAAD and IRZ scholarships for lawyers.
Author of numerous publications in commercial/company law, civil procedure and arbitration. Selected recent publication: Non-compete clause — practical remarks, Przegląd Prawa Handlowego 2024/7, pp. 42–49.
